Hi All, I'm posting this for a good friend of mine. It belonged to his uncle and is a really sweet sounding amp.

Fender Bassman 1955 Tweed Amp
Gruhn Guitars has certified it is a 1955 Fender Bassman amp.
EJ, Serial # BM00352, built in October, 1955, Fullerton, Ca
Serial # on amp chassis matches label on enclosure
Condition: Mostly original, great for playing. Tweed looks worn.
-4 x 10 Jenson Alnico 5s speakers. (one not original)
-Non-original: leather handle and power cord
Professionally Serviced in 2017:
-New caps, cleaned V2 socket, and tubes
-Doesnt include shipping (estimated at $150)
-Includes Fender cover
-No shipping overseas
This amp is from a private collection/family heirloom, but isnt being used.
Its been professionally cared for, in great playing condition, and sounds amazing.
The tweed on the cabinet looks rough and has cigarette burns. I think it tells a story and adds character to a famous amp previously owned by the co-author of "Please Release Me".
Thanks for looking!
